Oat pancakes

These oat and yoghurt pancakes are a great alternative and also very filling!

Ingredients

  • 1 banana

  • 1 egg

  • greek yoghurt

  • 1 cup of oats

  • cinnamon

Method

Step 1

In a bowl mix together the oats and banana with a fork and then add the greek yoghurt until evenly combined.

Step 2

Add the egg and cinnamon to the mixture and mix until it is all combined into a pasty/creamy texture.

Step 3

Heat a pan at a low/medium heat and add olive oil or spray into the pan. Evenly put a spoonful of the mixture into the pan and let it cook for a few minutes and until it is brown and then flip onto the other side to cook through.

And here you have the oat and yoghurt pancakes, you can also add some honey as a topping!Enjoy!
