Healthy omelette recipe

This is one for the egg lovers!

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 eggs

  • 1 tablespoon of Milk

  • 1 tablespoon of water

  • Chopped cherry tomatoes

  • Diced green pepper

  • Chopped onions

    Method:

    In a bowl whisk in the eggs, milk and water and add to the greased pan, whilst the omelette is cooking add in the veg and let them cook in the omelette. Flip the omelette so that it's cooked on each side.

    For extra topping add in grated cheese, fold and allow to melt.

    Salt and pepper is optional

    Serve and enjoy
